Completely renovated in 2019, the Calipso was designed to offer comfort and a fresh, modern environment. There are 6 cabins on the upper deck and 2 cabins on the main deck, each with panoramic windows, en-suite bathrooms, a hairdryer, individually controlled AC, a TV with hundreds of films to choose from, a safety deposit box, USB charging ports, and laminate flooring. Beds are doubles that can be converted into two singles. There are also two single cabins located on the lower deck with no single supplement, which are allocated on a ‘first come, first served basis.’ At 33m in length, there is more than enough space for 16 guests and 11 crew members on board. Social areas include an indoor salon and dining area where international and Ecuadorian cuisine is served with fresh local produce and seafood. The top deck has lounge chairs, BBQ, a bar, and a hot tub.
