For this deposit, you will need to bring (a copy of) your passport. At the counter, you will be given a deposit form to complete with the amount you wish to deposit and your signature. The cashier will then ask for the account number and your passport number.<\/p><ul><li>Account number: \u00a0 \u00a0 2100152516<\/li><li>Passport number:\u00a0 \u00a0 You can show (the copy of) your passport<\/li><\/ul><p>After this step, the clerk will confirm the name of the account holder, which is \u201cAGENCIA DE VIAJES ADORE ECUADOR TRAVEL\u201d. You will receive a confirmation receipt that you can send to facturacion@adoreecuador.com or directly to your travel agent.<\/p><h2>CHANGES<\/h2><p>In case you want to make changes to your booked travel arrangements an administration fee of USD $50 applies, in addition to any additional Third Party Provider costs related to this change. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the booked services.<\/p><h2>CANCELLATIONS<\/h2><p>If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. Penalty fees for cancellations will automatically be discounted from deposits\/total payments.<\/p><ul><li>For cancellations that are made more than 130 days prior to the start day of your trip, 10% of the total invoice will be retained for administration fees.<\/li><li>For cancellations between 70-130 days prior to the start day of your trip, 35% of the total invoice will be retained for administration fees.<\/li><li>For cancellations less than 70 days prior to the start date of your trip, the full amount of the trip will be charged without refund<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Exceptions<br \/><\/strong>These cancellation policies may not apply to products or services offered by a Third Party Provider. This may include but is not limited to the following services: Galapagos dive cruises, Galapagos group cruises, Galapagos cruise charters, high demand Galapagos cruise departures and some specific Galapagos cruises. Cancellation fees for these services will be evaluated depending on the policy of each service provider.<\/p><p><strong>Refunds<br \/><\/strong>Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Third Party Provider(s). We are not responsible for a Third Party Provider\u2019s failure to pay a refund. Bank charges and taxes, including a Currency Outflow Tax (ISD), will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Travel services are not refundable if a passenger does not arrive on the specified time and date for the booked services.<\/p><p><strong>Travel Insurance<br \/><\/strong>We highly recommend looking at options for trip cancellation insurance.
